Impound Information

Our Storage Location is located at 16035 W. 4th Ave., in Golden, Colorado. Our Storage Facility Staff can be reached at (303) 279-3434 Monday through Friday. If you need driving directions, please go here: Google and type in your address and the above address. It will give you printed directions on how to get here.

Storage Facility Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

(Excluding Holidays)

Saturday: By Appointment Only - Storage Releases on drivable vehicles only, no exceptions. Times will be scheduled between 11:00am and 3:00pm by appointment only, and at management’s discretion. Customer will need to be available within a 30 minute time window set by management!!

Sunday: CLOSED, No Releases, No Exceptions!

Only cars impounded after 6pm the previous day can be scheduled for after hours release

Items That You Need to Bring?

This is a general list of things you will need to bring with you. Please contact us to make sure there is nothing else you need BEFORE you arrive. Nothing is more frustrating for you than not having the right paperwork.

  • Valid Driver's License, or Government issued ID accompanied by a licensed driver for each vehicle driven from our location.
     

  • Proof of Ownership: Valid Registration if vehicle wishes to be driven from our facility or Title can be used if vehicle is not drivable.
     

  • Proof of Insurance may be required on case-by-case bases. 
     

  • If the owner is not able (i.e. hospitalized, out of state or country, incarcerated or simply not available) to pick up the vehicle you will need a notarized letter from the owner (with his/her signature) authorizing you to pick up the vehicle or to act as agent to release vehicle to a repair facility or insurance company and to take possession of personal items in the vehicle or go to our impound info tab and use the forms provided then a notarized letter won’t be necessary.

Release Forms

Please Be Advised, If Your Vehicle Is On “A Hold Order” We Can Not Release Any Info Too Anyone. You Will Be Advised To Contact The Law Enforcement Agency That Impounded Your Vehicle. Thank You in Advance for Your Corporation.

Please be courteous to our Storage Facility Staff. They did not impound your car, and are simply doing their jobs releasing vehicles and keeping impounded vehicles safe. Thank you in advance for your Cooperation.
